Information to Provide

Emails to the Florida Help Desk will be automatically logged and responded to within one working day (typically sooner). Emails to the Renaissance Support Team will be responded to within 24–48 hours. Urgent requests will be given priority. If you contact the above support teams, you will be asked to provide as much detail as possible about the issue(s) you encountered.

If contacting one of the support teams regarding a concern related to computer-based testing, please provide the following information:

  • Test administrator and district/school name and IT/network contact person and contact information
  • Grade and test name
  • FLEID(s) or Result ID(s) of affected student(s)
    • Do not send secure student information to the Help Desk via email.
  • Device, operating system, and browser version information
  • Any error messages and codes that appeared, if applicable
  • Information about your network configuration:
    • Secure browser installation (on individual machines or on the network)
    • Wired or wireless Internet network setup
